Barre classes for pre and postnatal mommies!

 Mondays & Thursdays: 11-11h40. Saturdays: 9h30-10h10

These classes were created by owner and Certified Kinesiologist, Kara Egelton. Exercises focus on alignment and posture to protect the pelvis, back and core during and after pregnancy. 

Classes are 40 minutes and are specially modified for pregnant women and moms with babies. 

Stay fit while pregnant and get back into shape after pregnancy!
