The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through MindBodyOnline and in-studio. By making online and in-studio purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.
- All packages and memberships are non-refundable
- All packages and memberships are non-transferable.
- Class packages of 10, 20 & 50 expire after 12 months (classes purchased after August 1, 2018 do not expire)
- Unlimited monthly / yearly passes expire according to type of pass and date of purchase.
All services purchased from Très studio barre Inc must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a waiver form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation.
Très studio barre Inc reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices. All applicants release Très studio barre Inc owners and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.
